The BEEPING you hear is the tracker on the car. The closer the beeps the closer the car and they searched for the car at the start of the video.
The action starts towards the end with a car chase and a beautiful, amazing and awesome wipe-out done perfectly by the hijackers themselves. It all ends with a well deserved arrest but some part of me wanted to see a bit more shooting going on (payback for all the hijacking victims) but we have to remain at our best for now.
