‘High’ price if Zuma behaves

That is the wise words from the Eastern Cape’s Abathembu King Buyelekhaya Zwelibanzi Dalindyebo (right) who has described President Jacob Zuma and his African National Congress (ANC) as bunch of “corrupt hooligans”.

The King was speaking at a prayer service for former president Nelson Mandela in Qunu in the Eastern Cape when he said the ANC had distorted Madiba’s legacy with “arrogant behaviour”.
The Times newspaper reported that the King also said Zuma’s leadership is distorting Madiba’s leadership, “it’s distorting the ANC’s leadership.”
Meanwhile the presidency has said Mandela’s condition remains unchanged and doctors are continuing to do their best to ensure his recovery, well-being and comfort.

Mandela has been in a Pretoria hospital since 8 June to treat a lung infection.

President Jacob Zuma thanked South Africans for their support and understanding.

“We must support him and support his family. We must demonstrate our love and appreciation for his leadership during the struggle for liberation and in our first few years of freedom and democracy by living out his legacy and promoting unity, non-racialism, non-sexism and prosperity in our country,” said President Zuma.
