Ingredients:\r\n\r\n \t1 cup \/ 128 grams flour\r\n \t1 cup \/ 128 grams bread crumbs\r\n \t1 teaspoon salt\r\n \t4 eggs\r\n \tmedium to large washed button mushroom, this recipe is enough for at least 2 trays.\r\n \t1 bottel sunflower oil for deep-frying.\r\n\r\nMethod:\r\n\r\nHeat the oil in frying pan\r\n\r\n \tIn a round bowl whisk the eggs well.\r\n \tUsing \u00a0a separate bowl, mix the flour, bread crumbs and salt together.\r\n \tPlace the mushrooms in the eggs, make sure to cover completely. \u00a0Coat the mushrooms well with the crumbs and flour mixture. Place in hot oil for a few minutes. Lightly fry in oil until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove from oil, and drain on paper towel.\r\n\r\nServe with dipping sauce of your choice.
