- 1 cup brown sugar
- 250g butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 TBS cocoa
- 1 and 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, sift all the dry ingredients together then add wet ingredients. Combine until it creates a biscuit dough ball. Place in a greased oven tray, flatten the dough in the tray until it has an equal surface.
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. When cooled, drizzle melted chocolate over and cut into equal squares.
