But on top of this Cape Town is also well managed with the Democratic Alliance making sure the city and the Western Cape province did not fall foul of the mismanagement and corruption experienced in provinces and cities manages by the ruling ANC (the African National Corruption party – as redubbed by the people). We can only wonder if Cape Town would have managed this under the leadership of Zuma and his cronies.
