In his lifetime, Andre Leon Talley supported and stood firm for the LGBTQ community. He also opened up about being a black person in his industry. His existence to fans and others has been a great motivation thus far and will continue to carry weight in many hearts.

During his successful career, Andre Leon released a memoir. In his memoir, he describes living with his grandmother. He also opened up about being abused by a neighbor. He further relayed that he never told anyone about the incident for fear of being blamed.
In his successful career, he has met many A-list celebrities and has also been a stylist for former President Barak Obama and first lady Michelle Obama. These are but a few of the many things he has accomplished in his life before passing.
So, while some might say I’m satisfied, Andre never ceased to give up on anything and played a big role in recruiting black models for photoshoots. You could say that he paved the way for many black models as they come under-represented in the fashion industry.
Andre died at a hospital in New York. His cause of death is yet to be determined.
