Northcliff has addressed two siblings and their mother standing outside of the school in defiance. It is understood that the mother never enrolled her children at the High School.
Northcliff says learners were never enrolled at their school
Thus far, Northcliff has released a statement in relation to the matter as the mother continues to protest outside of their school.
The two siblings dressed in the Northcliff High School uniform have never been enrolled in the school. According to the Education Department, they have been placed in Ferndale High but the mother was unhappy with the placement.
Right now, the matter has been going on for nearly half of the first semester. Northcliff has also relayed that there were many learners who were enrolled and qualified until the school has reached its capacity.
In the statement, the principal explained that the learners were in fact enrolled at Ferndale High School and not at their school.
“The children were placed in Grade 8 by the Department of Education at the beginning of the year. The parent refused to take the children to Ferndale High as an act of defiance.”

The principal further that the parent is actually denying her children a Grade 8 education by doing this. Right now, the rumor that the two siblings aren’t being denied access to the school because their parents are unemployed is entirely false.
Some parents though. Why put your kids through this pain, simply because you want Northcliff. I feel for her kids the whole term pic.twitter.com/NfHdhC2dj0
