It’s not a long video with tons of action but this is what we know form watching the video and listening to the heated discussion.

She was driving and using her phone while driving. At a traffic light and when driving wherever, the point is he witnessed her using her phone. It’s not legal, again we are not saying she was right in anyway if she did user her phone.

BUT, from what we can gather her pulled in front of her car forcing her to stop in order to have this conversation. Now that changes things a bit.

Did he not create a very dangerous situation by forcing her to stop?
We can only assume she was in the road and he had to cycle in front of her forcing her and the traffic to stop. It’s one thing when someone almost runs you over it’s another when you see them using a phone and you want to force them off the road to share your mind.

Is it not selfish and arrogant of him to stop her?
After all he is not a traffic officer.
