Mike Tyson was on a flight from San Franciso when a few of his fans approached to take some pictures. Tyson was initially friendly and took pictures with some of them.
Mike Tyson gets physical with a fan
One fan, in particular, continued to bother Mike. According to NPR, the man sitting behind Tyson threw a bottle at him when he wouldn’t interact with him.
Until the incident blew up, Mike Tyson asked the man to “chill” as he agreed to take a picture with him after the flight. When the man would not leave him alone, that’s when the situation escalated.
In the video released by TMZ, Mike can be seen punching the man on his head multiple times while leaning over his seat. The punching lasted for several seconds.
Right now, Tyson’s representatives have responded to comment. They said that Mike, unfortunately, lost his temper with a fan on the plane.
Mike’s previous misdemeanors
Another man is seen trying to get Mike Tyson off the victim. The individual was bleeding after the punches were thrown at him.
Thus far, this won’t be the first time Mike finds himself in trouble. In 1982, Mike was the youngest heavyweight champion at the age of 22.

At one point, Mike was actually disqualified from a match for biting a piece of his opponent’s ear. In 1992, Tyson was convicted of rape and ultimately served three years.
To date, Mike has maintained his innocence since his conviction.
