Why we have not thought of this combination before, who knows? Just be glad we have evolved to this very unique and super awesome Milk Tart Pancakes dessert!\r\nIngredients for the Pancakes:\r\n\r\n \t2 Cups -256 grams Flour\r\n \tPinch of salt\r\n \t2 Large Eggs\r\n \t750 ml Milk\r\n \t500 ml Water\r\n \t20 ml Vinegar\r\n \tSunflower Oil\r\n\r\nMethod:\r\n\r\n \tSift the dry ingredients together.\r\n \tBeat the eggs, milk, water and vinegar together.\r\n \tAdd the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.\r\n \tAdd the oil and mix. (The mixture must look like smooth cream) If it looks to thick add more water.\r\n \tLeave to stand for a few minutes.\r\n \tUse a non-stick or slightly oiled frying pan.\r\n \tBake pancakes one at a time and stack.\r\n\r\nIngredients for Milk tart:\r\n\r\n \t1 can of condensed milk\r\n \t3 cups milk\r\n \t\u00bc cup corn flour (Maizena)\r\n \t2 Large eggs (separate egg yolks from egg whites)\r\n \tPinch of salt\r\n \t1 Teaspoon vanilla essence\r\n \t2 Tablespoons butter\r\n \tCinnamon Sugar\r\n\r\nMethod:\r\n\r\n \t\u00a0Add the condensed milk and two of the three cups milk in a saucepan. Stir the mixture and let it heat slowly on medium setting hot plate.\r\n \tCombine the remaining milk with maizena and add to the milk in a saucepan when milk starts to get hot.\r\n \tWhisk the egg yolks and when the mixture starts to becomes thick, add the egg yolks.\r\n \tKeep stirring.\r\n \tAdd salt, vanilla and butter.\r\n \tWish the egg whites until fluffy and fold in the mixture.\r\n \tStir carefully, remove from stove and leave to thicken further and let it cool.\r\n \tPlace spoons full of the Milk Tart filling in the pancake and roll up.\r\n \tSprinkle with cinnamon sugar.\r\n\r\nLEKKER EET!
